The Universal Law of
SEEING

The Law of Seeing says: “The greater you SEE, the greater you BE.”

The dictionary defines seeing as:
To be aware of, to perceive with the eye, to notice, to know and to understand.

Your ability to ‘see’ will always determine the success of your overall life, because your seeing is hooked up to your feeling, doing, and getting. When you change how you see, you automatically change how you feel, what you do, and what you get.

Therefore:
“The greater you SEE, the greater you BE.”

The Eye of Seeing

A picture of an eye is a simple visual to better understand how The Law of Seeing operates.

  • The eye represents your overall way of seeing.
  • Whatever your eye is on creates your experience of life.
  • When your eye is on greatness, your experience of life is great.
  • When your eye is on lousiness, your experience of life is lousy.
  • You can change your experience by changing what your eye is on.
  • You can develop the ability to see greatness.
  • The bigger your eye gets, the more greatness you see.
  • The more focused you are on greatness, the bigger your eye gets.

An Example of Great Seeing (correct use of the law):

You only have one client in your appointment book today:

You see it as an opportunity to serve the client in greater ways! You have the time to offer something new to the client. Or you have the time to plant seeds for future visits. Or you have the time to build rapport and teach your client about what you’re doing and using.

This greater way of seeing unleashes great feelings of motivation and inspires you to doing a great service for your client which will always leads to getting you greater success than you would otherwise receive.

An example of lousy seeing (incorrect use of the law):

You only have one client in your appointment book today:

You see it as ‘why did I bother coming in for one lousy client!’

The only opportunity you see is to hack them up, get them out, take a long lunch break, go to the mall and spend money you don’t have on crap you don’t need to impress people you don’t like all in the name of not feeling lousy.

This way of seeing unleashes lousy feelings of anxiety and urgency and cause you to doing a lousy service on your ‘lousy client’ which will always leads to getting you a lousier life than you currently have.

REFLECTION

Think of a time when your ‘eye’ was focused on great opportunities, which left you motivated and inspired to initiate great actions that brought you greater success.

Remember a time when your ‘eye’ was lousy, and caused you to be swamped with depression, worry or anger and caused you to react in lousy ways that brought more problems into your life.
