GLENN BAKER: For more than 20 years, Glenn Baker has been dedicated to developing winning business strategies for salon professionals.
As Vice President and Partner with the Head Shoppe Co. Ltd. group of salons, Glenn has been integral in growing sales and improving operations. Glenn is a partner in Summit Salon Business Center where he educates distributors, salon owners and stylists throughout Canada and the United States. His enthusiasm for helping others is undeniable as he teaches principles guaranteed to help salons face the challenges of todayÕs ever changing market.
MICHAEL COLE: Over the past 30 years Michael has lived the life of a stylist, a manager, a multiple salon owner, and an executive chain director, but he found his true calling in 1984 when he began helping others overcome the personal challenges of the salon environment. His breakthrough book A Little Off the Top was the first in a series of cds, videos, books and organizational tools that have since helped over a million salon professionals break through to a more prosperous and purposeful career. DAVE KIRBY: Chief Operating Officer of KRS Consulting Group. Since 1983 Dave has worn the hats of stylist, manager, business owner, educator and salon management consultant. He was an educator and consultant with Salon Development Corporation for five years and joined KRS Consulting Group in 2002.
RANDY KUNKEL: With over 30 years experience as a stylist, manager and multiple salon owner, Randy founded KRS Consulting Group in 1993 to focus on issues related specifically to salon management and ownership. Over fifteen years later Randy is leading a team of over 50 KRS consultants along the front lines of innovative salon training and development. Hundreds of spas and salons have experienced utterly astounding improvements in sales, profits and teamwork thanks to RandyÕs guidance. They are a testament to his expertise and desire to help others succeed. From complex ownership issues to the front desk, Randy has not only seen it all, heÕs helped others overcome it all.
PETER MAHONEY: Proud owner of the Head Shoppe group of companies and founder of Salon Consultants International, Inc. (SCI), Peter provides education and coaching on topics such as leadership, financial business planning and communication for salon professionals across Canada and the US. As a business consultant for independent salons and spas to chains with over 800 salons, PeterÕs talents have stood the test of time with consistent above average results. His unique approach to overcoming challenges and his ability to inspire others to create positive change in their own lives has earned him a reputation as one of the most effective trainers in the salon industry today.
KRISTI VALENZUELA: Kristi Valenzuela is the founder and owner of Crystal Focus Coaching, Inc., a salon success company founded in 1993 focusing on Òpeople skills for profitability.Ó Kristi remains committed to the authenticity of the Òreal worldÓ by coaching and mentoring individual service providers, and conquering the challenges of independent salon owners through her work as an active KRS Consultant in Summit Salons.
